Camp Strawderman Gear – Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items produced for specific camp sessions or events
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Exchanges
Exchanges (such as for size) are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee inventory for replacement items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective, or
  • An incorrect item was received

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.

Camp Delivery Orders
Orders delivered to camp must be inspected during the camper’s session. Any issues must be reported before the end of the session or within 7 days of delivery, whichever occurs first.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
