Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak camp season or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Camp Delivery Option
When available, customers may select delivery directly to camp. Camp delivery orders will be distributed during the applicable camp session.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Camp Strawderman Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
